Honestly, this is probably one of the easiest keto recipes out there. Blueberries do have a decent amount of natural sugars in them, so there are a few carbs. The number of carbs depends on the brand you get. I like to get
Wyman's Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries from Kroger because they're easy to mix and have a great flavor. Wyman's has 6 net carbs per 1/2 cup. For my whipping cream, I buy
Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream. There's no sugars added, and this is one of the only brands I've found that does not contain carrageenans which is an additive put in many foods. I really like making this because it's easy to make in advance, place in the fridge, and pull out for a quick snack later on.
Whipped Blueberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1. Blend heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
2. Scoop whipped cream into a bowl.
3. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
4. Serve and enjoy!
